Changing your service provider or using a commercial cleaning company for the first time can be daunting. Due to our vast experience in commercial cleaning, we can answer any questions you may have. Here are some topics that are frequently discussed:

How do I know how much cleaning I need?
 
  • That's where we come in! We will send one of our Area Managers or New Business Managers along for a free, no-obligation site-survey. It's best to see your space in person so that we can give you a fully accurate quotation to base your decision on. We look at the amount of space your business occupies but also at the details such as how many desks are operational (especially if you use co-working spaces or hot desks), materials used throughout your space and more. We have an eye for detail, and every space is different, so it's best for us to come and see you as this could even save you money (and then you know how nice we are too!)

What will I receive after my site survey?
 
  • You will receive a digital quotation pack with full details of the service we would suggest and provide, along with a breakdown of costs, and other important details such as proof of our insurance. We aim to be as paperless as possible, but if you need this posted or if you have a cleaning tender, we will be more than happy to provide a printed copy. We can also come back to your workplace and present our proposal in person and to answer any questions, totally at your discretion.

Can you provide references?
 
  • Yes! We will be very happy to share professional references from our customers who are happy with our fantastic cleaning services. 

Can you​ innovate our facilities services?
  • Absolutely. We are always looking for new clients who would like to improve or streamline their cleaning services. Perhaps your business needs to be paperless, you wish to only use eco-friendly products, or you want to make sure that your company standards are mirrored by your service provider? We can help you.

I'm very busy, how can you save me some time?
  • At the point of us providing a quotation, appointments can be as short as 10-15 minutes, depending on the nature and scale of your premises. Once we start working together, we will eradicate your worries regarding your cleaning, leaving you free to concentrate on your work. A schedule of cleaning services can be drawn up for an entire year so that your carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and any additional services are carried out and taken care of alongside your daily cleaning, totally at your discretion, of course! Any questions or queries can be dealt with via a quick telephone call, email, or even text message or WhatsApp - whichever suits you and your business. We can also source and deliver any products you may need at your premises, from dishwasher tablets for the kitchens to toothbrushes for hard-working staff. There really is no limit to how bespoke your service could be.
